En sus primeras declaraciones, Luis Andr\u00e9s Mac\u00edas se mostr\u00f3 muy contento y satisfecho por su designaci\u00f3n y prometi\u00f3 hacer un trabajo impecable en beneficio del gremio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indic\u00f3 que la CIAC es una instituci\u00f3n que se ha constituido como una organizaci\u00f3n de derecho privado, con finalidad social, sin fines de lucro, con capacidad legal para ejercer derechos y contraer obligaciones de orden art\u00edstico y cultural.
