Lo hizo al cumplir dos a\u00f1os en el poder. Entre los asistentes estuvo el ministro de Defensa, Gian Carlo Loffredo, autoridades de otras funciones del Estado y delegaciones invitadas.<br><br>El decreto presidencial proclamado durante la ceremonia design\u00f3 oficialmente a: Henry Delgado Salvador, jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas. John Eduardo Mi\u00f1o Razo, comandante general de la Fuerza Terrestre. Ricardo Unda Serrano, comandante general de la Fuerza Naval.
