Las razones son varias.<br><br>Dentro de su desglose, explic\u00f3 que se debierona estafas, robos, problemas en el tr\u00e1nsito y gente con boletas de apremio y captura. Entre ellas, hay 126 personas detenidas por boletas de apremio, 161 por boletas de captura por odenes judiciales, dos personas por suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad, una persona por fraude electoral en Esmeraldas.<br><br>Adem\u00e1s, se emitieron 777 citaciones fueron emitidas. De ellas, 759 fueron por expendio de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas. De las restantes, 15 citaciones a personas que fuerona votar en estado de embriaguez, dos por hacer propaganda y una por alterar el orden dentro del proceso. Cevallos resalt\u00f3 que, en comparaci\u00f3n con el proceso anterior, los incidentes disminuyeron.<br><br>De paso, \u00e9l inform\u00f3 que hubo dos procedimientos en Esmeraldas.
