El proyecto ser\u00e1 desarrollado por la Corporaci\u00f3n Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CNT EP), en alianza con Healthbird, empresa socia de Google, lo que \u2013de acuerdo con el IESS\u2013 garantiza una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, segura y con est\u00e1ndares internacionales de calidad.
