Seg\u00fan el detalle difundido, la conexi\u00f3n busca fortalecer el turismo, dinamizar el empleo y activar la econom\u00eda local en Azuay y Gal\u00e1pagos.<br><br>La propuesta de esta ruta ven\u00eda tramit\u00e1ndose desde meses atr\u00e1s ante el Consejo Nacional de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil, con impulso de la Alcald\u00eda de Cuenca y de la Corporaci\u00f3n Aeroportuaria local.
