El INAC confirm\u00f3 el siniestro y la muerte de ambos ocupantes, y activ\u00f3 la Junta Investigadora de Accidentes de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil para determinar las causas. De acuerdo con reportes iniciales, el hecho ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de las 09:52 hora local: la aeronave se precipit\u00f3 a tierra y se incendi\u00f3 tras el impacto; bomberos aeron\u00e1uticos y equipos de emergencia atendieron la escena. Im\u00e1genes y videos difundidos por medios y redes muestran la columna de humo y el fuego en el sector. Las v\u00edctimas ser\u00edan Toni (Jos\u00e9) Bortone (piloto) y Juan Maldonado (copiloto).
