Ramdin, y al secretario de Seguridad Multidimensional del organismo, Iv\u00e1n C. Marques.<br><br>El encuentro tuvo como punto central la firma de un Memorando de Entendimiento que oficializa la cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en materia de seguridad multidimensional entre Ecuador y la OEA. Durante la reuni\u00f3n, las autoridades abordaron los alcances de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, la cual busca fortalecer las capacidades del pa\u00eds frente a desaf\u00edos como el crimen organizado, el narcotr\u00e1fico, la miner\u00eda ilegal y delitos conexos, que afectan tanto al territorio nacional como a la regi\u00f3n.<br><br>El acuerdo permitir\u00e1 implementar proyectos dirigidos al fortalecimiento de sistemas de inteligencia e investigaci\u00f3n penal, control del tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de armas, ciberseguridad, control fronterizo, prevenci\u00f3n comunitaria y escolar, mejora del sistema penitenciario, combate al lavado de activos y cooperaci\u00f3n antidrogas, entre otros.<br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Daniel Noboa, recibi\u00f3 este lunes 20 de octubre de 2025 en el Palacio de Carondelet al secretario general de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA), Albert R.
