Sin embargo, el 95 % de esos establecimientos ha reanudado sus actividades tras corregir las irregularidades, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el organismo. Uno de los \u00faltimos locales sancionados fue un chifa ubicado en la avenida 9 de Octubre, en el centro de Guayaquil, al que la Arcsa calific\u00f3 como \u201cel colmo de la insalubridad\u201d. Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, los t\u00e9cnicos encontraron ratas muertas y otras disecadas en la cocina, adem\u00e1s de heces de roedores y cucarachas en distintas \u00e1reas donde se preparaban los alimentos. Solo en la Zona 8 (Guayaquil, Dur\u00e1n y Samborond\u00f3n), la Arcsa ha clausurado 27 restaurantes por condiciones higi\u00e9nicas deficientes.
