Tras la denuncia del SRI y el afectado, la Fiscal\u00eda acus\u00f3 al hombre de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones.<br><br>Un juez lo sentenci\u00f3 a ocho meses de prisi\u00f3n y una multa equivalente a cuatro salarios b\u00e1sicos, es decir 1 880 d\u00f3lares, tras ser declarado culpable.
