Los ciudadanos designados integrar\u00e1n un total de 41.993 Juntas Receptoras del Voto. Por otro lado, desde hoy y hasta el 16 de noviembre, d\u00eda del sufragio general, los MJRV deber\u00e1n asistir a las capacitaciones obligatorias en modalidad presencial en las 24 Delegaciones Provinciales y en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de cada territorio.<br><br>Los ecuatorianos designados en el exterior podr\u00e1n hacerlo en las oficinas consulares.
