Los manifestantes mantienen cerradas nueve carreteras de tres de las veinticuatro provincias, la mayor\u00eda en la norte\u00f1a Imbabura, que ha sido durante estos 15 d\u00edas el epicentro de las protestas convocadas por la Confederaci\u00f3n de Nacionalidades Ind\u00edgenas del Ecuador (Conaie), que se han saldado con un fallecido, decenas de heridos y m\u00e1s de un centenar de detenidos. Sin embargo, Noboa ha reiterado que no va a negocia la medida.
