La aclaraci\u00f3n se dio tras la circulaci\u00f3n en redes sociales de un bulo que afirmaba que Manzano ser\u00eda nombrada Embajadora de Ecuador en Londres. \u00ab(\u2026) tal aseveraci\u00f3n es absolutamente falsa y se ha venido replicando desde hace tiempo atr\u00e1s\u00bb, indic\u00f3 el Ministerio en su chat de WhatsApp con comunicadores. In\u00e9s Manzano lleg\u00f3 al gabinete ministerial del presidente Daniel Noboa en septiembre de 2024 como Ministra de Ambiente; un mes despu\u00e9s se le encarg\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el Ministerio de Energ\u00eda ante la crisis de apagones en Ecuador.
