D\u00d3NDE APLICA: La disposici\u00f3n rige de manera focalizada en: Otavalo (instituciones identificadas), Cotacachi (instituciones identificadas), Cayambe y Tabacundo (instituciones identificadas), Latacunga, casco urbano (instituciones identificadas). QU\u00c9 IMPLICA: Las instituciones educativas determinadas cambian temporalmente a educaci\u00f3n no presencial (virtual\/teleducaci\u00f3n).
