Esta vez por el caso &#8216;Reconstrucci\u00f3n de Manab\u00ed&#8217;, seg\u00fan lo anunci\u00f3 este lunes 4 de septiembre la\u00a0Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado\u00a0(FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un video publicado en la red social X, la FGE inform\u00f3 que este mi\u00e9rcoles 6 de septiembre a las 08:30 se formular\u00e1n cargos contra el exsegundo mandatario, quien fue designado por el expresidente de la Rep\u00fablica,\u00a0Rafael Correa, como presidente del\u00a0Comit\u00e9 de Reconstrucci\u00f3n y Reactivaci\u00f3n Productiva y del Empleo\u00a0en las zonas afectadas por el terremoto del 16 de abril de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, la FGE se\u00f1al\u00f3 que formular\u00e1 cargos contra otros dos ciudadanos:\u00a0Carlos Bernal Alvarado, quien fue secretario de dicho comit\u00e9, y\u00a0Pablo Ortiz Hidalgo, quien fue gerente de la Empresa P\u00fablica de Desarrollo Estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-social\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-social-links-lk3gqwj \"><div class=\"eb-social-links-lk3gqwj eb-social-links-wrapper\"><ul class=\"eb-socials\"><li><a class=\"facebook-f-original  \" href=\"\/\/www.facebook.com\/YoSoyElMercurio\/?locale=es_LA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i class=\"hvr-icon eb-social-icon fab fa-facebook-f\"><\/i><\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"twitter-original  \" href=\"\/\/twitter.com\/elmercuriomanta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i class=\"hvr-icon eb-social-icon fab fa-twitter\"><\/i><\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"instagram-original  \" href=\"#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i class=\"hvr-icon eb-social-icon fab fa-instagram\"><\/i><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El exvicepresidente de la Rep\u00fablica,\u00a0Jorge Glas, enfrentar\u00e1 otro proceso penal.
