Este es el tercer destino de la gira internacional del mandatario ecuatoriano.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noboa lleg\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles&nbsp;<strong>20 de agosto<\/strong>&nbsp;a Argentina, en la tercera escala de una gira que ya le llev\u00f3 por Brasil y Uruguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A las 16:00 locales (14:00 hora de Ecuador), el Mandatario ecuatoriano lleg\u00f3 al Palacio Presidencial argentino.
