Durante el acto de presentaci\u00f3n y firma del Memorando de Entendimiento, el mandatario expres\u00f3 su confianza en que el proyecto ser\u00e1 \u201cun \u00e9xito total y un ejemplo no solo para el pa\u00eds sino para la regi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa unir\u00e1 esfuerzos del sector p\u00fablico, privado y acad\u00e9mico, con el objetivo de atraer inversi\u00f3n, generar empleo y posicionar a Cuenca como un referente en innovaci\u00f3n.
