Entre el 15 y el 21 de mayo del 2023, a escala nacional han emitido 208 \u00f3rdenes de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra personas que presuntamente cometieron delitos flagrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delincuencia organizada, extorsi\u00f3n, secuestro extorsivo, tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de sustancias, asesinato, tenencia y porte de armas, tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de armas de fuego son, entre otros, los delitos por los cuales los juzgadores que conocen este tipo de casos, emitieron \u00f3rdenes de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de estas acciones, la Funci\u00f3n Judicial contribuye en la lucha contra la inseguridad e impulsa la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos individuales de todos los ciudadanos.
