No es apta ni para lavar, y aun as\u00ed nos cobran\u201d, coment\u00f3 una de las moradoras, quien comparti\u00f3 fotograf\u00edas y capturas de mensajes del grupo comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los afectados tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alan que la promotora barrial, designada por el Departamento de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Municipio de Manta, cierra las v\u00e1lvulas al momento en que los residentes reportan el mal estado del agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos dicen que es por seguridad, pero eso solo agrava el problema.
