UU., Kristi Noem, y el presidente Daniel Noboa en el Palacio de Carondelet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El convenio permitir\u00e1 que un oficial estadounidense opere en Ecuador y  un oficial ecuatoriano viaje a Estados Unidos, con el objetivo de fortalecer las investigaciones y el perfeccionamiento de tareas en seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noem calific\u00f3 a Ecuador como un \u00absocio central\u00bb para su pa\u00eds . Tambi\u00e9n, resalt\u00f3 que, bajo la administraci\u00f3n de Noboa, la migraci\u00f3n irregular de ciudadanos ecuatorianos hacia la frontera estadounidense se redujo de 227.000 a 3.448 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEcuador va a liderar el camino en Am\u00e9rica Latina y ser el socio central de los Estados Unidos.
