Se presume que los detenidos son integrantes de los Tiguerones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"591\" height=\"744\" src=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Gs6xjM5WQAAcv86.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45362\" style=\"width:451px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Gs6xjM5WQAAcv86.jpeg 591w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Gs6xjM5WQAAcv86-238x300.jpeg 238w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 591px) 100vw, 591px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Polic\u00eda Nacional en sus redes sociales, confirm\u00f3 que la especie rescatada est\u00e1 catalogada en la lista roja de animales protegidos del Ecuador, por lo que la tenencia del esp\u00e9cimen conllevar\u00eda a un delito contra la flora y fauna silvestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, seg\u00fan el sistema judicial, la Fiscal\u00eda s\u00f3lo formul\u00f3 cargos por delito de receptaci\u00f3n, dejando de lado la tenencia del tigrillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fiscal a cargo pidi\u00f3 prohibici\u00f3n de salida del pa\u00eds y presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica para los hombres.
