La tarde de este s\u00e1bado 7 de junio, un taxista fue asesinado a balazos en el barrio Altamira, cerca de una gasolinera ubicada en la avenida 113. El hecho ocurri\u00f3 aproximadamente a las 17H00, cuando la v\u00edctima, identificada como Jonathan Alexander Mendoza Vera, se encontraba fuera de su veh\u00edculo \u201cperteneciente a una compa\u00f1\u00eda de taxis ejecutivos\u201d y fue sorprendido por sujetos desconocidos que le dispararon en repetidas ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el ataque, personal de la Polic\u00eda Nacional acudi\u00f3 al sitio para acordonar el \u00e1rea, recabar indicios y dar inicio a las investigaciones correspondientes que permitan esclarecer lo ocurrido. El cuerpo fue trasladado al Centro Forense de Manta para los tr\u00e1mites de ley.
