El proceso responde a una supuesta infracci\u00f3n electoral cometida durante el pasado proceso de campa\u00f1a presidencial, cuando, seg\u00fan el denunciante,<strong>&nbsp;\u00c1lvarez habr\u00eda manifestado p\u00fablicamente su respaldo a la excandidata Luisa Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia fue admitida luego de varias semanas de revisi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan consta en el&nbsp;<strong>portal oficial del TCE.<\/strong>&nbsp;Guarderas compar\u00f3 el caso con el del&nbsp;<strong>alcalde de Quito, Pabel Mu\u00f1oz,<\/strong>&nbsp;quien tambi\u00e9n enfrent\u00f3 un procedimiento similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la admisi\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite,\u00a0<strong>el organismo electoral deber\u00e1 analizar los argumentos presentados y determinar\u00a0<\/strong>si hubo o no una vulneraci\u00f3n a las normas que regulan la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades seccionales en procesos electorales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Contencioso Electoral (TCE)\u00a0dio paso a una denuncia presentada por el exconsejero Juan Esteban Guarderas en contra del\u00a0alcalde de Guayaquil, Aquiles \u00c1lvarez.
