Muchos le dicen respaldo pol\u00edtico. La ley lo llama proselitismo pol\u00edtico. Y eso, se\u00f1or Alcalde, es ILEGAL. El precedente existe. Quito ya lo vivi\u00f3 con Pabel, quien fue sancionado.
