Adem\u00e1s, existen tres personas detenidas por falso sufragio y fraude electoral.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las citaciones se encuentran 71 por tomar fotos a la papeleta del voto, que fue prohibido por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) para la Segunda Vuelta Electoral. Tambi\u00e9n una por consumo de alcohol dentro de un recinto electoral y tres por presentarse en estado de embriaguez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el ministro John Reimberg, las aprehensiones se dieron en recintos electorales de Esmeraldas y Sucumb\u00edos. \u201cTenemos gente que ha puesto dos, tres y hasta cuatro papeletas dentro de las \u00e1nforas, que fueron detectados por las fuerzas de seguridad\u201d, apunt\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el ministro de Defensa, Gian Carlo Loffredo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se han detectado incidentes relacionados a la inseguridad o presencia de agrupaciones criminales en los alrededores de los recintos electorales. \u201cVayan a votar confianza ya que el Bloque de Seguridad est\u00e1 velando por la seguridad de las personas\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Loffredo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hasta las 12:00 de este domingo 13 de abril de 2025, el Bloque de Seguridad -integrado por Polic\u00eda Nacional y Fuerzas Armadas- ha otorgado 487 citaciones por infracciones diversas electorales.
