Aquiles \u00c1lvarez, alcalde de Guayaquil, denunci\u00f3 a Jos\u00e9 De La Gasca, ministro de Gobierno, porque consider\u00f3 que emiti\u00f3 expresiones que atentan contra su dignidad. El caso ser\u00e1 tratado en la Sala de lo Penal de la Corte Nacional de Justicia, porque De La Gasca cuenta con fuero nacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan consta en el sistema judicial, lo que ser\u00e1 analizado por un juez es una presunta contravenci\u00f3n de cuarta clase, que puede ser penada con 15 a 30 d\u00edas de c\u00e1rcel. Los detalles de la denuncia de \u00c1lvarez no se han difundido p\u00fablicamente. Sin embargo, esto ocurre casi un mes despu\u00e9s que el ministro se haya referido a \u00e9l como \u201cRataquiles\u201d en una entrevista a Diario El Universo.
