La designaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en la Sesi\u00f3n Jurisdiccional Extraordinaria Nro. 006-E-2025, en cumplimiento del numeral 1 del art\u00edculo 191 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Garant\u00edas Jurisdiccionales y Control Constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Escudero y Andrade ejercer\u00e1n sus funciones hasta 2025. La nueva conformaci\u00f3n de jueces est\u00e1 integrada por: Karla Andrade Quevedo, Jorge Benavides Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, Alejandra C\u00e1rdenas Reyes, Jhoel Escudero Soliz, Al\u00ed Lozada Prado, Teresa Nuques Mart\u00ednez, Richard Ortiz Ortiz, Claudia Salgado Levy y Jos\u00e9 Luis Ter\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es Jhoel Escudero Soliz?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Escudero Soliz se ha desempe\u00f1ado como vicerrector del Instituto de Altos Estudios Nacionales del Ecuador (IAEN) y Decano de la Escuela de Derechos y Justicia de la misma instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, trabaj\u00f3 como asesor en la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador entre 2009 y 2012 y fue Coordinador de Investigaciones del Centro de Estudios y Difusi\u00f3n del Derecho Constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jhoel Escudero Soliz ha sido designado como el nuevo presidente de la Corte Constitucional, mientras que Karla Andrade Quevedo ocupar\u00e1 la vicepresidencia.
