Calific\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n como \u00abirrevocable\u00bb, marcando as\u00ed un nuevo rumbo en su trayectoria pol\u00edtica y medi\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales, Jairala comunic\u00f3 su salida a los dirigentes y militantes del partido, argumentando que es momento de renovaci\u00f3n y de asumir nuevas posturas pol\u00edticas, en las cuales no participar\u00e1, sin importar cu\u00e1les sean. Adem\u00e1s, expres\u00f3 sus mejores deseos a la directiva en el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n y refundaci\u00f3n del movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jairala particip\u00f3 como candidato en las elecciones presidenciales de febrero de 2025, aunque no logr\u00f3 avanzar a la segunda vuelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras los comicios, ha mostrado respaldo a ciertas decisiones del presidente Daniel Noboa, lo que ha generado especulaciones sobre su posible cercan\u00eda con el oficialismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Su regreso al periodismo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mismo comunicado, el excandidato anunci\u00f3 que retomar\u00e1 su carrera period\u00edstica, iniciada en 1975.
