El evento formativo se llev\u00f3 a cabo del 1 al 5 de marzo en el Complejo California. Este espacio de capacitaci\u00f3n, dirigido a profesionales, t\u00e9cnicos y deportistas del tenis de mesa, busca fortalecer las habilidades pedag\u00f3gicas y t\u00e9cnicas de los participantes bajo los est\u00e1ndares internacionales. La formaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 liderada por el reconocido experto cubano Carlos Esnard, instructor avalado por la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Tenis de Mesa (ITTF), quien compartir\u00e1 metodolog\u00edas actualizadas y estrategias para el desarrollo \u00f3ptimo de los deportistas.
