El responsable huy\u00f3 inmediatamente, pero fue capturado tras una persecuci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan el mayor Sebasti\u00e1n Redrob\u00e1n, subjefe del distrito Manta, el conductor del taxi aparentemente estaba bajo los efectos del alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al lugar del accidente acudieron varios polic\u00edas y agentes de la Agencia Municipal de Tr\u00e1nsito (AMT) de Manta para llevar a cabo las diligencias correspondientes.
