La resoluci\u00f3n fue emitida el 14 de febrero de 2025 y se conoci\u00f3 este martes a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales. La acci\u00f3n fue impulsada el 20 de diciembre de 2024 por Hugo Rolando Caiza Carrillo y Jovi Steeve Flores Garz\u00f3n, alcalde y procurador s\u00edndico de San Crist\u00f3bal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;En el pedido se incluy\u00f3 suspender el cobro de la nueva tarifa de ingreso a las islas, sin embargo, la Corte se neg\u00f3. El Pleno del Consejo de Gobierno del R\u00e9gimen Especial deber\u00e1 remitir a la CC el expediente completo con documentos e informes que dieron origen a la medida de aumentar el valor de las tasas. El plazo es de 15 d\u00edas.
