El ecuatoriano dio a conocer su planificaci\u00f3n de la temporada con Movistar y adelant\u00f3 que estar\u00e1 en el Giro de Italia. El atleta de 28 a\u00f1os debutar\u00e1 en la categor\u00eda m\u00e1xima del World Tour de la Uni\u00f3n Cicl\u00edstica Internacional (UCI), y buscar\u00e1 dar la sorpresa. \u201cHar\u00e9 una preparaci\u00f3n en Ecuador. Es un sue\u00f1o estar en una competencia tan importante\u201d, comunic\u00f3 el tricolor. Cepeda adelant\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que pedalear\u00e1 en la prueba de contrarreloj del Campeonato Nacional de Ciclismo, la Vuelta a Valencia (Espa\u00f1a), O Gran Cami\u00f1o (Espa\u00f1a) y Tirreno Adri\u00e1tico (Italia).
