La delegaci\u00f3n de Manta estuvo liderada por el Presidente del C\u00edrculo de Periodistas Deportivos de Manta Licenciado Auro Palma Mieles quien destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n en estos juegos en varias disciplinas deportivas en donde con garra y valent\u00eda dejaron muy en alto a la provincia de Manab\u00ed Manta.
