Corpandino, Telconet S.A. y Megadatos S.A., por haber participado en \u00abpr\u00e1cticas de corrupci\u00f3n\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ante esta acci\u00f3n, mediante un comunicado @TommyTopic\u00a0 se pronunci\u00f3 y aclar\u00f3 que esta decisi\u00f3n no tiene ning\u00fan impacto en el sistema judicial y legal. Sin embargo, est\u00e1n apelando a las instituciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas estar\u00e1n inhabilitadas por 11 a\u00f1os para ser adjudicatarios de alg\u00fan contrato financiado por el BID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn el caso de un individuo inhabilitado, la inelegibilidad puede extenderse a cualquier empresa que el individuo inhabilitado controle directa o indirectamente\u00bb, se indica en su\u00a0portal web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se detalla una inhabilitaci\u00f3n por corrupci\u00f3n para:Cable Andino S.A.
