Veloz acudi\u00f3 a esta instancia debido a que dicha Ley fue promulgada, pese a que la Asamblea la neg\u00f3 y archiv\u00f3 en primer debate, lo que provoc\u00f3 un embrollo jur\u00eddico. A decir de las bancadas de oposici\u00f3n, el archivo en esa etapa es totalmente leg\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Mientras que el Gobierno sostuvo que un proyecto de ley con el car\u00e1cter de econ\u00f3mico urgente no puede ser archivado en primer debate.
