Este servicio est\u00e1 disponible tras un acuerdo entre el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) y el Ministerio de Telecomunicaciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para acceder necesita crear una cuenta con usuario y contrase\u00f1a. Luego debe dirigirse a la secci\u00f3n \u2018Mis documentos digitales\u2019 y elegir \u2018Certificado de Votaci\u00f3n Digital\u2019. \u201cCon esta iniciativa, el Ecuador no solo se posiciona como un referente regional en gobierno digital, sino que tambi\u00e9n env\u00eda un mensaje claro: la innovaci\u00f3n y la tecnolog\u00eda pueden y deben ser herramientas al servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda y la democracia\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta del CNE, Diana Atamaint.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el ministro de Telecomunicaciones, C\u00e9sar Mart\u00edn, tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 que este servicio ayuda a simplificar los tr\u00e1mites. \u201cEs mucho m\u00e1s que una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, es un avance que responde a la necesidad de facilitar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, simplificando los tr\u00e1mites\u201d, expres\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los ciudadanos pueden descargar, de manera gratuita, su certificado digital de votaci\u00f3n mediante la web www.gob.ec o su aplicativo m\u00f3vil que est\u00e1 disponible en IOS y Android.
