La audiencia, a cargo de los conjueces de la Corte Nacional de Justicia, se instal\u00f3 el pasado 4 de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La Fiscal\u00eda sostiene que Ter\u00e1n, Barreno y otros exfuncionarios emplearon actos de intimidaci\u00f3n para interferir en las decisiones del juez Walter Mac\u00edas, quien deb\u00eda actuar en un caso por tr\u00e1fico de influencias. Hasta el momento, se presentaron informes periciales sobre allanamientos y materializaci\u00f3n de pruebas relacionadas con el CJ.
