El Instituto Nacional de Meteorolog\u00eda e Hidrolog\u00eda (Inamhi) hab\u00eda pronosticado lluvias para esta fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lluvia inici\u00f3 alrededor de las 15:20 y gener\u00f3 emergencias en unos 25 sectores por inundaciones, peligro de colapso de muros y techos, de acuerdo con el reporte del ECU 911 Austro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El torrencial aguacero tom\u00f3 de sorpresa, justo el d\u00eda que Cuenca cumpli\u00f3 los 116 d\u00edas de sequ\u00eda hidrol\u00f3gica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Videos en redes sociales y de c\u00e1maras de instituciones p\u00fablicas como el Consejo de Seguridad Ciudadana muestran verdaderos mantos blancos en calles y parques.
