Eso dijo el presidente Noboa durante su discurso en la sesi\u00f3n solemne por los 102 a\u00f1os de cantonizaci\u00f3n de Manta. El evento se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Mega Parque Centenario Agust\u00edn Intriago Quijano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0El presidente, quien expres\u00f3 su profundo cari\u00f1o y admiraci\u00f3n por el pueblo de Manta y de Manab\u00ed, record\u00f3 que ha visitado la ciudad en m\u00faltiples ocasiones, incluyendo las m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles, para dialogar directamente con la gente. Noboa resalt\u00f3 la importancia de estar cerca de las personas, especialmente en tiempos de incertidumbre y desesperaci\u00f3n, donde la poblaci\u00f3n anhela ver a su presidente y recibir apoyo directo. En su mensaje, el presidente destac\u00f3 varios avances y compromisos del gobierno para mejorar la ciudad. Resalt\u00f3 que se han invertido m\u00e1s de 60 millones en los siguientes aspectos: \u2022 Se ha invertido en infraestructura vial y saneamiento, lo que beneficiar\u00e1 tanto a los habitantes como al turismo. \u2022 Se est\u00e1n r e h a b i l i t a n d o instituciones educativas para proporcionar mejores condiciones a los estudiantes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 En el sector de salud, se ha invertido 1.5 millones de d\u00f3lares en la mejora del equipamiento del Hospital Rodr\u00edguez Zambrano de Manta, especialmente en el \u00e1rea de Imagenolog\u00eda, para atender mejor a la poblaci\u00f3n. \u2022 A trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Inclusi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Social (MIES), se han destinado m\u00e1s de 11 millones de d\u00f3lares para apoyar a las familias m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cManta es una ciudad que mira hacia el futuro con esperanza y con fuerza, que se sobrepuso a un terremoto devastador y a la infamia de pol\u00edticos que se aprovecharon de sus momentos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles\u201d.
