Un art\u00edculo de este cuerpo normativo caus\u00f3 revuelo y hubo posiciones divididas. Dicho art\u00edculo es el 41 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Cultura, el cual dice que las casas de Quito con 50 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad pueden ser consideradas como patrimonio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto caus\u00f3 descontento en el sector inmobiliario, por ejemplo, porque explicaban que para hacer una modificaci\u00f3n a una casa considerada patrimonial hay que pasar por todo un proceso burocr\u00e1tico. Lo que adem\u00e1s implica m\u00e1s gastos.
