Su \u00faltimo d\u00eda de trabajo fue este 23 de octubre de 2024. Su salida ocurre cuando Ecuador afronta una profunda crisis h\u00eddrica y energ\u00e9tica con apagones de electricidad, los cuales han afectado al sector productivo. Por eso, el Gobierno emiti\u00f3 un acuerdo ministerial que permite la aplicaci\u00f3n del pico y placa el\u00e9ctrico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esto, se podr\u00e1 modificar la jornada laboral en todo el pa\u00eds. El Gobierno acogi\u00f3 la propuesta de C\u00e1mara de la Peque\u00f1a y Mediana Empresa de Pichincha (Capeipi).
