El mandatario plante\u00f3 12 observaciones al texto aprobado por el Legislativo, que ten\u00eda por objetivo actualizar y clarificar la normativa existente respecto a la gesti\u00f3n ambiental, en especial en temas como impacto ambiental y servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> En el documento remitido por el presidente Noboa el 18 de octubre se enfatiz\u00f3 que este proyecto adem\u00e1s incumple el art\u00edculo 133 de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica en el que se establece que una ley ordinaria no podr\u00e1 modificar ni prevalecer sobre una ley org\u00e1nica; en ese sentido una reforma al C\u00f3digo del Ambiente solo podr\u00e1 ser reformada por una ley del mismo rango.
