En consecuencia, ese procedimiento puede continuar en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La magistrada consider\u00f3 que no hay vulneraciones al procedimiento del sumario administrativo que se le abri\u00f3 y subray\u00f3 que todo se ha actuado en legalidad. Adem\u00e1s, se mencion\u00f3 que no se evidencia que el sumario administrativo vaya encaminado a una destituci\u00f3n o a la afectaci\u00f3n de derechos pol\u00edticos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado de Abad, Dami\u00e1n Armijos, apel\u00f3 la sentencia de manera verbal y pidi\u00f3 que el caso sea elevado hasta la Corte Provincial. Al final de la diligencia, Ver\u00f3nica Abad intervino y manifest\u00f3: \u201cEs una aberraci\u00f3n a la justicia y al derecho, gracias ecuatorianos por estar ah\u00ed\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Canciller\u00eda pidi\u00f3 al Ministerio de Trabajo un sumario administrativo para Abad, quien tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1a como Embajadora de Ecuador en Israel, por supuestamente incumplir una disposici\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan ese Ministerio, se le pidi\u00f3 que arribe a Turqu\u00eda el 1 de septiembre.
