Torres, present\u00f3 su renuncia irrevocable al cargo para participar en la campa\u00f1a electoral junto al partido Acci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica Nacional.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este jueves 26 de septiembre de 2024, se confirm\u00f3 la&nbsp;<strong>renuncia \u00abirrevocable\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;del viceministro de Gobierno, Esteban Torres, a su cargo para iniciar su participaci\u00f3n en la<strong>&nbsp;campa\u00f1a electoral<\/strong>&nbsp;a la&nbsp;<strong>Asamblea Nacional<\/strong>&nbsp;junto al oficialista&nbsp;<strong>Acci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica Nacional (ADN).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El memorandum enviado al&nbsp;<strong>ministro de Gobierno<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Arturo F\u00e9lix Wong<\/strong>, fue entregado el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 25 de septiembre a las 21 horas de la noche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salida de Torres es parte de las bajas y modificaciones que debe afrontar el gabinete del presidente Noboa de cara a la campa\u00f1a electoral para su reelecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En horas de la noche, tambi\u00e9n se conoci\u00f3 la sustituci\u00f3n de la&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica Ecuador Crece sin Desnutrici\u00f3n Infantil,&nbsp;<\/strong>ocupada hasta el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles por&nbsp;<strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Pinto<\/strong>, quien acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 en el binomio presidencial a Daniel Noboa y ser\u00e1 relevada por&nbsp;<strong>Mar\u00eda de Lourdes Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte,&nbsp;<strong>Stalin Santiago Andino<\/strong>&nbsp;pasar\u00e1 a ocupar la<strong>&nbsp;Secretar\u00eda Jur\u00eddica de la Presidencia,&nbsp;<\/strong>en sustituci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>Mishel Mancheno,&nbsp;<\/strong>quien buscar\u00e1 una plaza en la Asamblea Nacional
