El caso ocurri\u00f3 a finales de agosto, pero reci\u00e9n se difundi\u00f3 este martes 24 de septiembre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el Registro Civil se inform\u00f3 que se hab\u00eda presentado una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) luego de que se conoci\u00f3 que una mujer y sus familiares lograron ingresar a un funcionario del primer organismo para oficializar el matrimonio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El servidor p\u00fablico simul\u00f3 ser un pastor. Seg\u00fan Diario El Universo, la mujer argument\u00f3 que la \u00faltima voluntad del paciente era casarse con su novia. El individuo estuvo internado en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI), donde fue declarado con muerte cerebral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;En esa misma \u00e1rea se celebr\u00f3 el matrimonio. Ecuavisa consult\u00f3 al Registro Civil si se hab\u00eda identificado al funcionario que accedi\u00f3 a casar al paciente, pero no hubo respuesta. En el hospital tambi\u00e9n se indaga este hecho. El Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo fue fundado en 1950.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una casa de salud de tercer nivel que atiende a pacientes de Guayas, Santa Elena, Los R\u00edos, Bol\u00edvar y Gal\u00e1pagos. Sin embargo, este sanatorio enfrenta constantemente denuncias por una atenci\u00f3n deficiente, falta de medicamentos e insumos, da\u00f1os en artefactos, entre otros problemas.
