Es la s\u00e9ptima persona que comparece en este proceso por delincuencia organizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda intenta demostrar la existencia de una estructura de corrupci\u00f3n judicial que habr\u00eda operado en varias provincias del pa\u00eds. Un grupo de abogados se habr\u00eda dedicado a reclutar presos y a conectarlos con jueces corruptos para gestionar su libertad irregular a cambio de sobornos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El joven abogado quite\u00f1o, fue director de la Escuela de la Funci\u00f3n Judicial y que era una de las personas de confianza de Wilman Ter\u00e1n, exjuez nacional y expresidente de la Judicatura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En el inicio de su testimonio anticipado, Hern\u00e1ndez relat\u00f3 que cuando decidi\u00f3 entregarse, en junio de 2024, lo hizo para exponer los hechos que conoce sobre la estructura de corrupci\u00f3n judicial.
