Nuestra\u00a0<strong>obligaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0es\u00a0<strong>verificar<\/strong>\u00a0que tal situaci\u00f3n se<strong>\u00a0realice<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 \u201c(El\u00a0<strong>tiempo<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong>forma<\/strong>\u00a0en que se emplee la licencia) va a tener que\u00a0<strong>decidir<\/strong>\u00a0el\u00a0<strong>TCE<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Enrique Pita, Daniel\u00a0<strong>Noboa<\/strong> podr\u00eda ser sancionado, si <strong>no pide licencia\u00a0<\/strong>para realizar campa\u00f1a\u00a0porque ser\u00eda una \u00a0<strong>infracci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vicepresidente del CNE record\u00f3 que en los casos de\u00a0<strong>alianza<\/strong>\u00a0puede \u201c<strong>alterarse<\/strong>\u00a0de acuerdo a la\u00a0<strong>conveniencia<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>acuerdos<\/strong>\u00a0que se dieron entre las organizaciones pol\u00edticas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el vicepresidente del CNE dijo que la precandidata a la vicepresidencia por el Partido Socialista Ecuatoriano (PSE),\u00a0<strong>Ver\u00f3nica Silva<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0no podr\u00eda participar\u00a0<\/strong>por constar como fallecida en el padr\u00f3n electoral. \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enrique Pita,\u00a0vicepresidente del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE afirm\u00f3 que \u201cEl\u00a0Presidente\u00a0(Daniel Noboa) o cualquier funcionario que opte por una\u00a0reelecci\u00f3n\u00a0tiene que\u00a0presentar\u00a0licencia.
