V. fue sentenciado a veintinueve a\u00f1os con cuatro meses de pena privativa de libertad, por violar a una mujer con discapacidad auditiva. <br>Los hechos se registraron\u00a0el 21 de agosto de 2023 en Atacames, la v\u00edctima fue a visitar a su madrina en busca de trabajo. Cuando conversaban sobre el tema lleg\u00f3 el ahora sentenciado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La v\u00edctima, por su discapacidad auditiva del 84%, entendi\u00f3 mal y se qued\u00f3 con el hombre en el comedor, creyendo que su madrina la llevar\u00eda su casa. Por lo que Richar Alfredo Y. V., la amenaz\u00f3 y la llev\u00f3 hasta una casa de ca\u00f1a donde la agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsica y sexualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agresor la amenaz\u00f3 y le dijo que la matar\u00eda a ella y sus familiares si contaba a alguien lo que pas\u00f3, pero, la v\u00edctima pidi\u00f3 ayuda y cont\u00f3 el suceso a la Polic\u00eda. Se realiz\u00f3 un operativo, donde el agresor, fue detenido en flagrancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0La agente fiscal de la Unidad de Violencia de G\u00e9nero No. 2, present\u00f3\u00a0varias pruebas, con las que pudieron comprobar el delito. Luego de analizar las pruebas, el Tribunal de Garant\u00edas Penales declar\u00f3 culpable al procesado y lo sentenci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richar Alfredo Y.
