{"id":26513,"date":"2024-08-20T12:00:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-20T17:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/?p=26513"},"modified":"2024-08-20T12:00:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-20T17:00:24","slug":"bid-financiara-programa-de-seguridad-en-ecuador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/index.php\/2024\/08\/20\/bid-financiara-programa-de-seguridad-en-ecuador\/","title":{"rendered":"BID financiar\u00e1 programa de seguridad en Ecuador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-209.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26514\" style=\"width:251px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-209.png 640w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-209-300x203.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la apertura de la Cumbre Latinoamericana de Seguridad,  llan Goldfajn, presidente del BID, ratific\u00f3 que se preve\u00e9 aprobar un cr\u00e9dito de $ 150 millones para Ecuador, para combatir la inseguridad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa est\u00e1 enfocado en tres \u00e1reas que son: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fortalecer el Estado<\/strong>\u00a0en territorios expuestos a la delincuencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impulsar un nuevo\u00a0<strong>modelo de servicio policial<\/strong>\u00a0especializado con destrezas y capacidad tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elaborar un\u00a0<strong>sistema integral para gobernanza y seguridad a nivel nacional y local.\u00a0<\/strong>Con esto se facilitar\u00eda el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de programas de manera coordinada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goldfajn puntualiz\u00f3 que \u201cSe modernizar\u00e1 los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.policia.gob.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistemas policiales<\/a>\u00a0para investigar muertes violentas y se mejorar\u00e1 las capacidades para investigar crimines cibern\u00e9ticos\u201d.
