El maestro Pilay lidera un grupo de alba\u00f1iles que est\u00e1n construyendo aceras y bordillos en esta avenida, en un tramo de la calle 307 a la 309.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ellos viven muy cerca, en el vecino barrio Nueva Esperanza, y se sienten favorecidos por la disposici\u00f3n de la Alcald\u00eda de Manta de priorizar la contrataci\u00f3n de mano de obra de los sectores en que se ejecutan las obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNo me lo esperaba, me llam\u00f3 el ingeniero de la obra que sabe que trabajamos bien\u00bb, afirma el maestro Pilay y celebra que cada vez haya m\u00e1s oportunidades para trabajar. LA OBRA Se construye aceras y bordillos en este punto.
