La instituci\u00f3n ha realizado diligencias, pericias t\u00e9cnicas de equipos electr\u00f3nicos, tel\u00e9fonos, audios y recopilado versiones, pero la informaci\u00f3n<strong> no se puede ser revelada\u00a0<\/strong>por garant\u00eda de reserva, como lo establece el art\u00edculo 584 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP). \u00a0Pero, la hija de Fernando, <strong>Amanda Villavicencio<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 12 de julio\u00a0los autores materiales del crimen fueron sentenciados.
